Our Return & Exchange Policy

At WASATIC, we carefully pack every order so your book reaches you in good condition.

Because our books are physical products, please review the product details before placing your order.

1. Damaged or Defective Books

If your book arrives damaged or has a manufacturing/printing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective book

Once we verify the issue, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.

2. Change of Mind

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, including situations where you:

  • No longer want the book

  • Ordered by mistake

  • Changed your mind after placing the order

  • Simply decide that the book is not suitable for you

We encourage you to review the product description, age range, pages, activities, and other product details before placing your order.

3. How to Request a Replacement

If your book arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us at contact@wasatic.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide your order number and details of the issue.
  • Send clear photos of the book showing the damage or defect.
  • Follow any return instructions provided by our team.
  • Once the issue is verified, we will arrange your replacement.

4. Shipping for Replacements

If your book arrives damaged or defective, WASATIC will cover the shipping costs associated with the replacement.

5. Refunds

WASATIC does not offer refunds for change-of-mind requests.

If a replacement is not reasonably possible in the event of a verified damaged or defective book, we may provide an appropriate alternative resolution.
